**Spoilers Ahead, Read On With Caution** Get hyped people, because this book we’re going to talk about is unreal; because it’s raw, real and honest. I powered through these pages quicker than I have anything lately, and that speaks shear volumes to me. Unfortunately THE FLATSHARE isn’t available for purchase until April 18th, 2019, but that does give us all plenty of time to hype the publication up, and cheer on Beth O’Leary for such a superb debut novel.

THIS MODERN LOVE – WILL DARBYSHIRE

**Spoilers Ahead, Read On With Caution** Well this is a bit different, isn’t it? A non-fiction book about the modern state of love and romance. As a non-romantically inclined person outside of my head, this is a beautiful book to me, and one I really enjoy reading on an on-and-off basis. I like picking it up and coming back to it.
